Thanks for your suggestion about the shoulder station. Yes, I'm still training in Oakland. In fact, I only know of one female bodybuilder (as you know, I'm new here) at the Webster St. gym; so I came up to her and asked if it was you. Of course, it wasnt.

I train super early in the morning before work.
I'm no bodybuilder though...I just like to train.
as you can see by my diet I struggle with the discipline of eating clean.
I am losing body fat but right now my goal is be leaner. contest condition isn't even in the distant future...lol
