1 cup broccoli and cauliflower mix
MEAL#3
1 scoop whey in water *ran out here at work
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
about 2.5 oz dry salami

*ended up just running to the deli next door*

2 turkey dogs w/mustard and relish
diet pepsi
